How to implement the Every Doctor, Every Setting: A National Framework
While the EDES Framework provides a comprehensive strategy to support mental health and wellbeing of Australian doctors and medical students, the accompanying Action Plan focuses on practical implementation and prioritisation.
The Action Plan distils the broad priorities of the EDES Framework into actionable items tailored to the current environment, emphasising coordinated efforts.
It identifies key strategies for current and future action, aiming to enhance healthcare and tertiary education sectors engagement with the EDES Framework.
The EDES Action Plan has been drafted and has now entered a consultation phase with the broader medical sector, led by the National Doctors Health and Wellbeing Leadership Alliance (NLA).
A copy of the draft Action Plan is available to view and download below, for more information please contact, Drs4Drs at [email protected]
