Sign The Charter
Individuals and organisations can sign the National Communications Charter (The Charter).
As a signatory, you agree to action the eight principles of The Charter which have been developed to guide the way organisations, communities and individuals talk about mental health and suicide prevention.
Signing The Charter serves as a formal commitment to working together and developing better structures and processes for collaboration so that together we can reduce stigma and promote help-seeking behaviour.
Three steps in engaging with The Charter
1. Understand the eight principles and become a signatory
Become an organisational signatory
Become an individual signatory
2. Action the principles and promote The Charter
Download the action guide and promotional tools (e.g. poster, social media tile, email signature, website badge, certificate).
3. Evaluate implementation of The Charter in your workplace
Evaluation is important to monitor progress and improve on current practices.
