HealthWISE

HealthWISE is a ‘for purpose’ (not for profit), registered charity. Our purpose is creating better health for our communities. We provide primary health care programs and clinical services across the New England North West (NENW) region of NSW and an increasing range of services and programs in the Darling Downs West Moreton and Goondiwindi regions.

We also offer the Suicide Prevention Initiative - Aftercare.

The Aftercare program is a free program aimed at reducing the risk of suicide and these effects by providing person-centred, individual psychological support and strength-based strategies for people whose lives have been touched by suicide.
