Suicide Prevention Australia release State of the Nation in Suicide Prevention Report

Suicide Prevention Australia have launched the State of the Nation in Suicide Prevention Survey Report.

The national peak body for suicide prevention plans to conduct the State of the Nation Survey annually, with the results to be released every World Suicide Prevention Day. 

The report includes insights around four key themes: the current operating environment; risks and protective factors; our National Policy Platform priorities of whole of government reform, accurate, reliable data and workforce strategy; and the funding environment. 

The information Suicide Prevention Australia have gathered will inform their policy and advocacy work for 2020/21.
