Life in Mind research update, January 2022

Read the January edition of the Life in Mind research update, which brings you news and insights into the latest mental health and suicide prevention research.

This edition includes summaries of two suicide data updates recently released by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare and the Coroners Court of Victoria, as well as summaries of the latest suicide prevention research studies, translated by the team.

Also featured are findings from a recent report on farmer suicides from the National Rural Health Alliance; an evaluation of the Youth Aware of Mental Health (YAM) program; an update from the Buoy Project team about the Boys Do Cry campaign; and the launch of a new community suicide response app.
