Mental Health First Aid Instructor training courses
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Australia runs instructor training courses nationally in most capital cities. These courses aim to train suitable people to become instructors of the standard, youth, teen, older person and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander MHFA courses.
To become an accredited MHFA instructor, individuals must meet a strict set of criteria in order to apply for a training course and successfully complete an intensive training course and assessment. There is additional opportunity for some accredited MHFA Instructors to become accredited to deliver specialised and blended courses.
