Connections Western Sydney Helpline
Connections Western Sydney Helpline is a low-intensity psychological service for people who are at risk or have experienced symptoms of distress or mild symptoms of mental ill health (i.e. anxiety or depression) for less than 12 months. Your patients or clients can access the service at any time, and they won’t need a referral.
Professionally trained Connections counsellors will listen and help you to develop strategies to manage what is causing you to feel stressed or overwhelmed. We can help with:

- Grief and loss
- Hopelessness
- Isolation and loneliness
