Associate Professor Simon Rice leads the Gender and Social Psychiatry research lab at Orygen; Centre for Youth Mental Health, at The University of Melbourne. He holds a concurrent position as Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Youth Mood Clinic, Orygen Specialist Programs, where he provides clinical supervision, intervention and oversight of clinical trials for severe and complex youth depression, including the management of suicide risk in young people.
