Workplace Mental Health for People Leaders
Workplace Mental Health for People Leaders includes targeted content to educate leaders on their legislative obligations for keeping workers safe, and provides them with skills to help meet the requirement to provide a psychologically safe and healthy workplace. Leaders learn how to manage risk by detecting warning signs in a conversation and escalate when required. Leaders will also leave with an increased awareness of their own mental health and how to manage their self-care during times of stress.
To ensure optimum learning outcomes and minimise participant fatigue using online technology, the people leaders training has been separated into two sessions. The sessions can be combined with a break of 30-60 minutes between sessions or scheduled across two separate sessions.
