Resilience First Aid
Resilience First Aid is a preventative mental health program that uses a strength-based framework to protect against mental illness. The program teaches participants skills to proactively engage in connecting conversations, helping to support communities, colleagues, family, and friends through the six domains of resilience. Participants learn a simple yet effective responder protocol is applicable in everyday conversations, as well as in moments of crisis to support others. The program includes access to physical materials and tools to facilitate conversations, as well as digital access to ongoing learning modules as a practical ongoing method to implement the resilience training.
